STEPS TO OUR PERFORMANCE REVIEW SERVICES
Our work together will include six critical steps to achieve a collaborative and successful executive performance review:
- Assess what level of board training and executive performance review facilitation are appropriate
- Review and refine the current executive performance review policy, or develop one for Board approval
- Provide an appropriate executive performance review tool or help create a customized version
- Conduct a training in leading practices for executive performance review, and/or provide assistance in implementing the review process
- Facilitate a discussion after the training or the review process to consider lessons learned
- Conduct a six-month check-in with the Board Chair and Chief Executive to foster follow-through and accountability
