The Interim’s Role in Hiring the Successor

Jan Glick, Executive Search Practice Lead for Third Sector Company, will address the key considerations for determining an interim leader’s role in the organization’s search for its next chief executive.

The Interim Executives Roundtable of Seattle is an informal peer learning and networking group for all who are interested in the profession of nonprofit transitional leadership. Participants interact online with a guest presenter and each other to discuss issues and topics confronting interim executives.

There are also Interim Roundtables based in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Vancouver, BC. The four Roundtables collectively offer 25 gatherings per year, and everyone is welcome to attend any session at any time.
