Our purpose is to advance leadership continuity solutions for community impact organizations so you will see our continued commitment to professional interim leadership, succession planning, and learning opportunities to advance the important practice of strategic transitional leadership for board leaders and nonprofit professionals. We also are moving to a model of a professional collective and we hope this new structure will be an exciting new development in 2022.
