Third Sector Company is pleased to announce that Jen Monteleone has been selected as the Interim Executive Director of the TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (TLC).
The TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors is a donor-supported, nonprofit organization devoted to ending the suffering caused by hair-pulling disorder, skin picking disorder, and related body-focused repetitive behaviors.
Jen is a graduate of Interim Executives Academy Class #9, and for more than 25 years she has supported nonprofits in achieving success as an operations consultant, interim executive director, and permanent executive director. Jen holds certification as an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner, as well as a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Gonzaga University.
TLC’s work resonates deeply with Jen, as one of her siblings has lived with trichotillomania since elementary school. Jen will be spending the next year with TLC guiding overall operations, programs, and management of the organization, as well as leading the hiring process for a permanent Executive Director.

The TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors takes a comprehensive approach to helping people overcome and heal from body-focused repetitive behaviors. Extreme shame and embarrassment cause many affected individuals to keep their behaviors a secret. Information and emotional support are available to people of all ages and their families.
Third Sector Company and the graduates of Interim Executives Academy are available to provide vetted, highly-trained nonprofit interim executive leadership. From the training and experience at Interim Executives Academy, the graduates can provide a series of protocols and deliverables to ensure a successful interim leader engagement.
