The Board of Directors and staff of HRWC are very excited to welcome Emilee. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table not only to HRWC but to Western Colorado. With the lack of housing and affordable housing at a crisis in Colorado and across the nation, Emilee’s experience and her work around housing policy is vital as HRWC moves forward as a leader and collaborator in the affordable housing arena.
“We are very pleased to announce this appointment, and are excited for a new chapter to begin,” said Board President, Mark Luff.
“The Board was extremely pleased with the process utilized by Third Sector Company for our search for a new Executive Director. Their step-by-step process took us from the initial recruitment of qualified candidates, interviewing potential candidates, narrowing the field down to our final candidates, and providing follow-up assistance after we hired our new Executive Director. The Board considers their insight and guidance in the process invaluable, and is very grateful for their expertise and assistance.“
