Serving Los Angeles and Southern California, Walk With Sally provides free youth mentoring programs and support services to children whose parents, guardians, or siblings have been impacted by cancer. Third Sector Company is proud to announce that Mark Rothman is serving as Interim Executive Director at the offices in El Segundo, California.
Mark Rothman offers more than 20-years of leadership and management expertise in diverse industries with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and project management success. His 18 years of nonprofit management experience has earned him a reputation for building, transforming, and expanding community impact organizations to consistently meet and exceed overall goals and objectives.
“I’m honored to join the Walk With Sally team,” said Mark. “I’m inspired by WWS’s mission — mentoring kids who’ve lost loved ones to cancer. It’s tremendously exciting to work with a deeply committed staff, Board, Founder, donor base and volunteers and to help guide WWS to even greater success, and I’m grateful for the support and the tools Third Sector Company provides so I can do that.“
Mark previously served as Interim Executive Director of Temple Beth Hillel and Good Shepherd Shelter in Los Angeles. He held executive positions at Good Shepherd Shelter and the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust with board leadership at the Alcott Center for Mental Health and the Center for Nonprofit Management. He holds a BA from Columbia College and an MFA from the University of Southern California.
