Bill Lahman is known throughout the state of Washington as a strong leader both within and outside the education community. Previously a Superintendent in three school districts, he now brings that reputation and expertise as Interim Executive Director of South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity in Olympia.
Bill has guided nonprofit organizations through transitions in the past. At a previous interim engagement he says, “After a period of deteriorating internal culture and communications, it was important to build up board and staff confidence.” His team-building skills proved to be an extremely important interim leadership tool for helping diverse people and opinions to resolve contentious issues. Bill looks forward to bringing his strong and collaborative leadership approach to this new interim engagement.
